Part of the charm of The Paddocks are the properties’ contemporary and aesthetically pleasing interiors and bathrooms that complement countryside living.
JG Speedfit pipes and fittings made from Polybutene-1 were used for hot and cold water distribution and installation of central heating in each property, they helped conceal pipework behind the walls for achieving a clean and modern finish.
Reliance Valves, part of RWC’s family of brands was also a part of the project. RWC Easifit Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) installed under the bath in each property, play a key role in delivering water at a safe and stable temperature to offer optimal comfort and safety to the homeowners.
TMVs are a requisite of new build homes in the UK as they blend hot and cold water together to ensure safe water temperature from the outlet, preventing occupants from being scalded. With space restrictions to deal with, the ultra-compact and lightweight Easifit TMV was the ideal choice for the plumbing contractor.
Its small size lent itself to the tight space, while the valve’s innovative technology and design allows rapid shutdown on hot and cold water supply failure.
