XXII Plastic Pipes Conference in Warsaw

The XXII Plastic Pipes Conference & Exhibition (PPXXII), held from 15 to 17 September 2025 at the Hilton Warsaw Hotel, stands as an important gathering for the global plastic piping industry.

PPXXII

Breakthroughs in sustainability & resilience

Organised by the Plastic Pipes Conference Association (PPCA) in partnership with PPI, TEPPFA, and the PE100+ Association, the event brings together almost 300 delegates from more than 30 countries.

Featuring 98 expert presentations, PPXXII places sustainability at its core, with nearly half of its content dedicated to topics like recycling, LCA, and defossilisation of polymers. Technical sessions will cover a wide range of topics from drinking water, renewable energy, and sustainability to design, testing, and global case studies.

100+ years of durability studies

As a technical and networking cornerstone of the global plastic piping sector, PPXXII highlights innovation, regulatory updates, and sustainable development—all of which strongly resonate with PBPSA’s mission to promote high-performance piping systems made of Polybutene‑1 (PB‑1).

Although PBPSA itself is not directly involved with the event, some PBPSA member companies will be. Amongst others: Wavin as member, LyondellBasell as Gold sponsor.

Shape the future of plastic pipes

Aligned with the conference goals, to explore new technologies, share insights, and shape the future of plastic pipes, PBPSA members continue to play a key role in shaping the next generation of pressure piping systems. With rising demands for energy efficiency, urban infrastructure resilience, and sustainable construction, PB-1 remains a strategic material for forward-looking projects.
