Javier Eiriz, Export Manager, NUEVA TERRAIN and Patrick van Beek, Marketing Manager PB-1, LYONDELLBASELL will present several project case studies of Polybutene-1 piping systems successfully installed in building applications that can present challenges for other materials, including hotels, hospitals and high-rise buildings. They will describe the particular benefits PB-1 piping delivers for pressurised hot and cold water systems compared to other materials also used for piping applications.

Patrick van Beek – Marketing Manager PB-1, LYONDELLBASELL
Mr. van Beek has 24 years of broad based experience within the plastics industry in both technical and commercial functions. Beginning with 10 years of technical and application development at GE Plastics, he spent an additional 4 years as project manager for the Dutch multinational Helvoet (precision thermoplastic and rubber components and assemblies). From June 2003, he has held several European sales functions within LyondellBasell for the Automotive (PP compounds) and the Specialty Polyolefins business. Since April 2017, he has held the marketing manager position for the global PB-1 business.
