New CEO and Shareholder for Thermaflex

Nimbus Investments from Zeist, the Netherlands, have completed a capital injection in Thermaflex, a successful international player in the field of technical insulation and pre-insulated piping systems, to support the faster realization of its growth targets. Originally founded in the Netherlands, Thermaflex develops smart, and sustainable distribution solutions for heating, cooling and potable water since 1976. Thermaflex is a member company of PBPSA.

Bert Venema was appointed as interim CEO of Thermaflex International Holding B.V. in succession of Gerrit-Jan Baars earlier this year, who will remain active as an advisor and ambassador for the company devoting his extensive experience and know-how to assist Thermaflex. Considering the extensive know-how and network of the new shareholder, Thermaflex will now be better equipped to achieve its growth targets for the coming years as an innovative company, and strategically market its sustainable insulation and pre-insulated distribution solutions at an accelerated speed.
